"CASA VERDE" is a BRAND NEW home located in the popular Emerald Beach I addition of Crystal Beach, just a short walk to the beach. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises and frolic in the sun and surf...a wonderful spot for that perfect family vacation.

HOUSE INFORMATION: 3 Bedrooms / 2 Baths Sleeps 8 Bedroom #1 – King Bedroom #2 – Double Bedroom #3 – 2 sets twin bunks Fully equipped kitchen – open to living room Central Air and Heat Ceiling fans in all rooms Washer & Dryer upstairs Laminate and tile flooring throughout home 3 flat screen TVs with satellite DVD player in living room Concrete slab under house Picnic table, grill, and outside shower Covered porches front and back (kitchen opens to front, living room and master bedroom open to back) Walking distance to beach Emerald Beach 1 Subdivision No smoking in house. There are covered porches and area downstairs. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. (Do not leave them in the yard). Sorry, no pets Will leave our linens and towels out for guest convenience.	RATES: Week – $1,350 Monday - Sunday Weekend – $750 Friday - Sunday Weekday – $675 Monday - Thursday Check in at 3:00 p.m. (possibly earlier if cabin is ready) Check out at 1:00 p.m. No refunds due to bad weather No prom/graduation parties Extra days and week day rentals may be available. Security Deposit - $300 Holiday - $100 extra ½ rent due within 7 days of booking Balance plus security deposit due before arrival. No credit cards accepted. Lock box code will be provided on day of arrival. Late arrival no problem. Beach House Use Agreement must be signed and returned with Deposit
Terms: One half the total rent, ("rent deposit"), is due when booked, unless otherwise agreed upon. If rent deposit is not received within seven days of the date of booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The remaining balance of the rent (cashier's check or money order) and security deposit check are due before check in. No credit cards accepted. Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the Owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage. The $300 security deposit will be returned approximately 2 weeks after your departure and after the cabin has been inspected and found to be in the same condition as it was found.
What We Provide: Basic cooking and eating utensils, mattress covers, sheets, beach towels and bath towels, pillows, mop, broom and cleaning supplies, blow dryer. What You Need to Bring: Paper goods, first aid items, insect repellant, charcoal & lighter fluid, ice chests, fishing gear, beach chairs, clothes. NOTE: All of this can be purchased locally if you would rather travel lightly. Clean up on Departure: Please leave the cabin as close as possible to the condition you found it in when you arrived. All sheets and towels must be washed, folded and accounted for to get security deposit back. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. We ask that you please do not put cigarette butts or personal hygiene products in the commode as this can obstruct the septic system.
