| TERMS
One
half the total
rent (rent deposit) is due when booked, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If rent deposit is not received within seven days of the date of
booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The
remaining balance of the rent (cash or money order) and security
deposit check are due at check in. No credit cards accepted.
Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the owner. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage. CLEAN UP ON DEPARTURE Please leave the cabin in the condition you found it in when you arrived. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. Do not put cigarette butts or personal hygiene products in the commode, as this can obstruct the septic system. NO
