RATES
Peak Season (May

Weekly $1,350.00 and weekends for $725.00
Off Peak
(September 16 to May 14)
Weekly $1,050.00 and weekends $600.00
PETS ALLOWED
A non-refundable fee will be charged for dogs. One
small to medium dog is $100. Two small to medium dogs
$150. Three small to medium dogs is $200. Large dog
$150.00. Please no more than 3 small to medium sized
pets. Horses are not allowed on any property. Pets need
to stay off furniture to prevent dog hair from getting
on furniture.
CLEAN-UP ON DEPARTURE
Please leave cabin as close as possible to the condition
you found it in when you arrived. A checklist will be
provided. We ask that you please do not put personal
hygiene products in the commode as this can obstruct the
sewer system. Any damage or missing items will be
deducted from the security deposit. If using our linens,
you are not responsible for washing, we will handle
that.
