March thru September

  • $ 550 Week - Monday 4 PM to Sunday 12 PM
  • $ 300 Mini-Week - Monday 4 PM to Thursday 12 PM
  • $ 300 Weekend - Friday 4 PM to Sunday 12 PM
  • $ 625 Holiday Weekend - Friday 4 PM to Monday 12 PM (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day)

Winter Rates

October thru February
  • $ 450 Week - Monday 4 PM to Sunday 12 PM
  • $ 250 Mini-Week - Monday 4 PM to Thursday 12 PM
  • $ 250 Weekend - Friday 4 PM to Sunday 12 PM
$125 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit - Required for all rentals
One half the total rent ("rent deposit") is due within 7 days of booking to hold reservation. The remaining balance of the rent (cashiers check or money order only please) and a seperate check for the Security/Damage deposit is due at least 15 days before your arrival.
No Credit Cards accepted.

Dancing Dolphin is SMOKE FREE.
You may smoke outside.
Please throw cigarette butts in the trash.

Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping  capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the Owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage.

What We Provide

Basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, cleaning supplies, mop, broom, vacuum. Pillows, comforters, bedspreads, lawn chairs, (2) BBQs.

What You Need To Bring

**BED LINENS AND TOWELS**    Paper goods, first aid items, sun block, insect repellant, charcoal & lighter fluid, ice chests, fishing gear, clothes :)

Clean Up Upon Departure

Please leave the cabin as close as possible to the condition you found it in when you arrived. We ask that you please do not put anything but toilet tissue (no personal hygiene products) in the commode as this can obstruct the septic system. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
