TERMS
Security deposit and one-half rental fee is due when booked, unless
otherwise agreed upon. If rent deposit is not received within seven
days of the date of booking, the reservation will be cancelled without
notice. The remaining balance of the rental fee due 14 days prior to
check in. All credit cards accepted.
Rentals are for family groups only (25+ years of age). Rates are
based on sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons
than
stated sleeping
capacity unless previously agreed upon by the owner. Doing so may
result in forfeit of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no
refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic
system beyond its limits, causing damage.
Any damaged or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Do
not put cigarette butts or personal hygiene products in the toilets, as
this can obstruct the septic system.
