THIS IS A DEED-RESTRICTED COMMUNITY. CAMPERS AND TRAILERS ARE NOT
CRYSTAL BEACH REQUIRES THAT ANY CARS THAT ARE DRIVEN ONTO THE BEACH
HAVE A VISIBLE PARKING PERMIT. MORE INFO HERE.
Follow check-out/cleaning instructions that will be provided.
Leave the sheets washed, dried and folded on the beds.
Please close all the blinds, turn off lights/fans and set the
thermostat/air conditioner to 85 degrees (summer), or set the heater to
60 degrees (winter).
Departure cleaning is your responsibility and we ask that you leave the
house as clean as it was when you arrived. You will be provided with a
cleaning checklist to use as a guide. If you desire a cleaning service
for your departure, one can be arranged. The cleaning fee is $125.00
and should be arranged in advance. The cleaning fee is due with the
After we inspect the house for cleanliness/damages and find no issues,
your security deposit will be returned by check promptly. You are
responsible for any/all damages incurred by you or your guests, this
also includes any damages that exceed your deposit. Any missing items
will be deducted from the security deposit.
Rentals are for family groups only. You must be 25 years old to rent
this property and the renter must be present at all times. Any
reservation made under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of
advance payment, deposit and/or rental money. A security deposit of
$400 along with ½ of the rent is due at booking via personal
check or cashier’s check. Payment must be accompanied by a
of your driver’s license and the signed rental agreement. The reservation
date is not
secured until the deposit and ½ the rent is received.
The other half of the rental fee is required 15 days prior to start
date of the rental.

CAPACITY IS BASED ON THE HOME’S
ABILITY TO SAFELY AND COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE OUR GUESTS. THE MAXIMUM
CAPACITY OF 8 INCLUDES CHILDREN. GUEST EXCEEDING MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY WILL
BE SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE OF ADVANCE PAYMENT, DEPOSIT AND/OR RENTAL
MONEY, AND WILL BE EVICTED.
This is our home and it is a wonderful getaway. We hope that you enjoy
it and have fun, but we also ask that you take care of it as if it were
your own. Please leave the home in the same condition as you found it
when you arrived.
- Do not park or
drive any vehicles in the yard. Septic
lines run in the rear and can be damaged.
- Do not throw any
grease or food down the kitchen
drain. There is no garbage disposal.
- We ask that you
not put personal hygiene products in
the toilets as this will damage the septic system.
- Use only HE
(High Efficiency) detergent in the
washer. No powder detergent should be used as it can damage the

fire hazard and against a Galveston County ordinance.
