is located at 975
Seagull Lane in Crystal Beach, 7th row. Holiday Beach Subdivision is a
family-oriented addition and is conveniently located on the peninsula
close to the grocery market (Big Store).
This is a new beach house with a fantastic view. 3 Bedrooms –
2 ½ baths. Sleeps 9 to 11 people. Our beach house is very
cute and clean with many amenities. Enjoy a cool drink in the swing
listening to the ocean waves, or take a short stroll to the beach for
some fun in the sun. The large deck is an open invitation to morning
coffee sunrises.

RESERVATION
DEPOSIT:
For
weekly rentals - a $300 reservation deposit is due to
guaranty your
reservation. The reservation date is not secured until deposit is
received.
For
weekend or weekday rentals - one half the total rent is
due to secure your reservation date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The
remaining balance of the rent and separate $350 security deposit is due
at least 15 days before your arrival. Cancellations will be charged a
$50 administration fee.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The $350 security deposit will be returned approximately 2 weeks after
your departure and after the cabin has been inspected and found to be
in the same condition as it was found.
Rentals are for family groups
only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be
no more persons than stated sleeping capacity, unless previously agreed
upon by the Owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or
cancellation of reservation with no refunds. |
What We Provide:
Basic cooking & eating utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster,
microwave, cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, vacuum.
Bed linens are provided – sheets, pillows, pillow cases,
comforters, bedspreads.
What You Need to
Bring:
Paper goods, first aid items, insect repellant, charcoal &
lighter, ice chests, fishing gear, clothes, beach towels and bath
towels.
NOTE: All of this can be purchased locally if you would rather travel
lightly.
Clean up on
Departure:
Please leave the cabin as close as possible to the condition you found
it in when you arrived. A checklist will be provided. We ask that you
please do not put cigarette butts or personal hygiene products in the
commode as this can obstruct the sewer system. Any damage or missing
items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Housekeeping service for washing linens is provided upon departure.
