Linens: Provided Pets: + $50 Fee Minimum Rental - Two Nights (Holidays 3 Night Minimum) Extra days and week day rentals may be available. Late arrival requires prior arrangements. Holidays: Labor Day - 3 Day Minimum Memorial day - 3 Day Minimum July 4th Holiday - Week Minimum Extra days and week day rentals may be available. Late arrival requires prior arrangements. One half the total rent, ("rent deposit"), is due when booked, unless otherwise agreed upon. If rent deposit is not received within seven days of the date of booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The remaining balance of the rent (cash or money order) and security deposit check are due at check in. No credit cards accepted. Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by the Owners. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage. |
