half the total rent ("rent deposit") is due within
7 days of booking to
hold reservation. The remaining balance of the rent (cashiers
check or money order only please) and a seperate check for
the Security/Damage deposit is due at least 15 days
before your arrival.

You may smoke outside, please throw ciagrette butts in the trash. * PETS MUST REMAIN OUTSIDE * Rentals
are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin
sleeping capacity. There are to be no more
persons than stated sleeping capacity unless previously agreed upon by
the Owners. Doing so may
result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no
refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic
system beyond its limits, causing damage.

We Provide:Bed linens; basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, cleaning supplies, mop, broom, vacuum. Pillows, comforters, bedspreads, lawn chairs, BBQ. |
You Need To Bring:**TOWELS**
Paper
goods, first aid items,
sun block, insect repellant, charcoal & lighter fluid, ice chests, fishing gear, clothes :) |
Clean Up Upon DeparturePlease
leave the
cabin as close as possible to the condition you found
it in when you arrived. We ask that you please do not put anything
but toilet tissue (no personal
hygiene products) in the
commode as
this can obstruct the septic system. Any damage or missing
items will be deducted from the security deposit.
