Basic cooking and eating utensils, mattress covers, sheets, towels,
pillows, mop, broom and cleaning supplies.
WHAT
YOU NEED
TO BRING
Sun block, first aid items, insect repellant, charcoal &
lighter, ice chests, fishing gear, clothes.
NOTE: All of these can be purchased locally if you would rather travel
lightly.
CLEAN-UP
ON
DEPARTURE
Please leave the cabin as close as possible to the condition you found
it in when you arrived. All sheets and towels must be washed, folded
and accounted for to get security deposit back. Any damage or missing
items will be deducted from
the security deposit.
We ask that you please do not put cigarette
butts or personal hygiene products in the commode as this can obstruct
the septic system.

TERMS
One
half the total
rent, ("rent deposit"), is due when booked, unless otherwise agreed
upon. If rent deposit is not received within seven days of the date of
booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The
remaining balance of the rent and security
deposit are due upon arrival by cash or money order. No CHECKS
will be accepted at check-in. No credit cards accepted.
Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin
sleeping capacity. There are to be no more persons than stated sleeping
capacity unless previously agreed upon by the Owners. Doing so may
result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no
refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic
system beyond its limits, causing damage.
