Winter Rates - After Labor Day - May 1 $800 Week = Monday 9 AM to Sunday 4 PM $450 Weekend - Friday 9 AM - Sunday 4 PM $300 Security Deposit, (Refundable), Separate check, Please. Linens: + $100 Pets: + $ 75 fee - small dogs only. One half the total rent, ("rent deposit"), is due when booked, unless otherwise agreed upon. If rent deposit is not received within seven days of the date of booking, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. The remaining balance of the rent (cash or money order) and security deposit check are due at check in. No credit cards accepted. Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no more than 10 persons day OR night. Doing so may result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of reservation with no refunds. Having more than capacity stated can easily push the septic system beyond its limits, causing damage. |
