Bungalow is located in the Emerald II addition
of Crystal Beach on Bolivar Peninsula where you can
enjoy beautiful ocean views and sunrises and sunsets
from your beach cabin deck. Just a short walk to the
beach takes you to the sand and surf to play horseshoes,
volleyball, jump waves, build sandcastles or just take a
stroll in the water's edge. A wonderful place to spend
your next family vacation.

an outside shower, large picnic table, charcoal grill,

- Please only park on the concrete driveway

chairs
- Walking distance to beach – paved roads and beach
access by vehicle
- No smoking in the house or upstairs, but smoking is
permitted downstairs. Please dispose of cigarette
butts properly.
- No pets – no exceptions.

- Weekend Rate: $1,000.00–Fri 12 pm-Sun 4 pm
- Weekday Rate: $1,000.00–Mon 12 pm-Thur 4 pm
HOLIDAYS
- Spring Break Full Week: $1,700.00–Mon 12 pm-Sun 4 pm
- Spring Break Weekends: $1,000.00–Fri 12 pm-Sun 4 pm
- Memorial Day Weekend (5/26 - 5/29): $1,700.00 Fri 12

vary, but typically 1-˝ times the normal rental rate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Check in at 12:00 p.m. // Check out at 4:00 p.m.
- Rental term is always 12pm – 4pm // Late arrival,
no problem.
- Must be 25 years or older to rent.
- No refunds due to bad weather.
FEES
- Cleaning Fee - $150
- Security Deposit - $350.00
- Cashier's Check & Money Order accepted

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Bed sheets, pillow cases, pillows, comforters,
extra pillows/blankets, mattress covers, bathroom
hand towels (4), wash cloths (12) and bath towels
(16)
- Beach towels are NOT provided
- Most kitchen-based cooking, serving and eating
utensils – including coffee maker, Keurig, crock
pot, waffle iron, griddle, blender, stock pot,
large/small skillets, plates, bowls, cups, and
silverware.
- Vacuum, mop, broom, & cleaning supplies for
spills
- Laundry detergent is only for washing house towels
and linens.
All inventory items must be accounted for upon
departure. Any damage or missing items will be deducted
from the security deposit.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- Paper towels, septic-friendly toilet paper, trash
bags, papers plates/dishware (if wanted), insect
repellent, charcoal & lighter fluid, ice chests,
fishing gear, beach tent, beach chairs, sunscreen,
clothes, and beach towels. Laundry detergent if you
plan to wash your personal clothes/towels.
* NOTE: All of this can be purchased locally at
“The Big Store” or Family Dollar/Dollar General, if you
would rather travel lightly.

PAYMENT /
DEPOSIT TERMS
- The security deposit is due within 7 days of
requesting for a date to be held. If the security
deposit is not received within 7 days after making the
request, the reservation could be cancelled without
notice.
- This deposit will also serve as the damage deposit.
The deposit will be returned approximately 2 weeks
after your departure, if everything is left in the
same condition as it was found.
* Call immediately upon arrival if anything is not
in satisfactory condition.
- Full rental amount is due at least 14 days prior to
arrival.
* Cancellation or failure to pay full rental
amount within 14 days before check-in will forfeit your
security deposit.
- We accept cashier’s checks & money orders
through the mail made out to Curran Enterprises . We
also accept Paypal payments or credit cards with 3%
fee.
- Beach House User Agreement will be sent to you
after receiving the security deposit, and it must be
signed and returned before checking in.
- Lock box code for keys will be provided before
arrival.
- Rentals are for family groups only. Rates are based
on the cabin sleeping capacity. There are to be no
more persons than stated sleeping capacity unless
previously agreed upon by the owners. Doing so may
result in forfeiture of deposit or cancellation of
reservation with no refunds. Having more than the
stated capacity can easily push the septic system
beyond its limits, causing damage.
